The Zendesk Help Center says that TheraCentric is no longer using their help center & states to reach out to TheraCentric directly via their website. I tried that & it didn’t work. Frustrating! In the past, my PT’s would write down my exercises on a piece of paper. I’d have to jog my memory about correct form and keep track of all of the papers. With this app, I have access to all of my assigned exercises with videos and instructions right on my phone. It has been a game changer for me and I’ve noticed I’m much more consistent in doing my exercises.
