The “body map” is an especially helpful way to understand exactly where myofascial restrictions can be targeted, and of course there’s a bunch of educational material as well. It is still in a phase where it’s designed primarily for PTs, but if you are a patient that likes to be in the drivers seat of your treatment, then this can be a great addition. ### 5/5 — Evidenced based app! *2025-07-11* As a physical therapist, I’m thoroughly impressed with the TheraFascia app. It’s an excellent resource for both professionals and patients. Really aids in explaining the concept for treatment. ### 1/5 — WAS amazing *2024-06-20* Love this app, until earlier today when it now asks me to pay a monthly subscription. Not sure if it’s only free for a month or something and I missed that part or if it’s a bug. I also tried to go app support to send them a message and it takes me to a website that tries to get me to install a virus, so that’s cool. It is now unusable. **Developer response:** Dear Kelsier19.
