So inconvenient to lose all the work typed and have to restart your phone or wait up to 20min for the problem to be resolved, no IT support. Other than logging in you can’t do anything else. So what’s the point? ### 1/5 — Can’t Submit Signature *2025-10-13* I use this regularly for my respite work, and every now and then it will not allow me to submit signatures. I will have them sign it, and then hit submit, but then it just sits on a loading buffering screen endlessly. I’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstalling the app, signing out, but nothing works. I need this to work because I can’t clock out without a signature, and if I can’t clock out, I can’t be paid. **Developer response:** Hi there, We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Other functionalities are either significantly diminished, or not present at all. This is not representative of 2025 technology. It worked beautifully for the first few weeks and now not at all! I’ve even tried deleting and re-installing the app, glasses and no glasses and created an alternate appearance on iPhone. Nothing.
