TheraPetic is a scam Dr. Kenneth Gaughan that issues you letter for ESA and service dog got charged for fraud. They’re not legit they make it look like it’s legit but it’s not. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.

Something like the image seems to me not legitimate it looks like they copied and pasted everything on the site.

The app needs some work, but the service and support is incredible. TheraPetic really helped me with in a dire situation when traveling on an airplane with my service dog. I highly recommend checkin them out…hopefully they will have a better app soon.

I just downloaded this app and worked great at the airport. It made finding my airline form simple when the flight attendant asked.
