We’re not very helpful in terms of making up the fact that I could not use the app despite paying a membership it was once an invaluable resource now it’s almost useless ### 1/5 — Frustratingly slow!!! *2025-03-07, version 3.4* It was always a slow process to use this app. After the “update “, it got even worse! It keeps downloading but never open the suggested page. I have tried deleting the app, reloaded it several times and everything in vain. At other times, it will show that it’s getting opened in 2 screens and I need to delete it from one account so that I can open it up on my present screen. For that, I open my account, then delete the suggested screen which is my own mobile screen (quite a weird suggestion) and then again starting the Therapeutic Guidelines app. Then again, It keeps on showing the message of uploading the content but never opening the suggested page. It’s been going on and on; and it seems like it’s never going to work. I had wasted so many hours for it to work. Such a waste of subscription. ### 1/5 — Infuriating! *2024-07-08, version 3.0.3* White screen of death( as others call it) continues to infuriate. This app which is a vital resource needs a total upgrade. I pay good money every year for an app which is declining in value. Always redirects to different sections of the page; the UI is generally terrible. Had tried reinstalling multiple times, but the issues persist. When reading pages, it will randomly blank out and the content will disappear; clicking on links frequently does the same; and navigation is a nightmare. It used to be much better, but this new update has made it simultaneously less intuitive and less reliable. Menus are to embedded.
