It’s frustrating that you can’t drag the bar to start the music over when I start it too soon. I also have issues every time I close the app….the things I’ve purchased disappear and won’t restore. Please fix this glitch so I can use this app more effectively. ### 4/5 — Great app- a few tweaks would make it 5 stars *2022-11-23, version 2.34* The OT therapist used this app with my son whois diagnosed with ADHD, high-functioning autism with sensory processing disorder. He combines it with other therapies and it's definitely helping. Customer service was prompt. My only recommendation is that there is an ability to preview a portion of it as I try to figure out which are both in alignment with his needs and may be pleasurable to him. I also wish the description of the downloads were consistent with the level of description. Some are very descriptive and helpful when deciding others are light on words. ### 1/5 — Makes me reload it constantly. *2022-05-29, version 2.34* I have bought the music but it’s never there unless I’m online. Well, not everybody has great coverage! It should be able to be on my iPad or phone as I need it. Is it for therapy? Great music but really expensive if you need it on multiple devices! ### 2/5 — App Purchase *2021-05-22, version 2.31* Within the TL App. I tried to use the 9.99 Rental but it said “Cannot connect to ITunes Store. Out of curiosity I tried the 34.99 Buy option and it connected right away. When you display two options and give the consumer ONLY one option, that’s a problem. My girlfriend has been struggling with this app (Multiple Issues - Google compatibility, etc.) and the techs have been blaming the compatibility with all phones and it’s app. I decided to try it on my new IPhone. Download was fine. Navigating through the app seems to be ok. Went to the Store. It seems to me that there is a problem with the linkage between the Rental button in your app and the ITunes Store. This needs a fix. As a programmer this is your problem not ITunes Store. I am trying to help with constructive criticism. Looking on the Apple Store, bug and rental fixes seems to be an issue. Hopefully this gets fix and you get positive reviews. I wish you the best and will continue to give constructive criticism. ### 2/5 — Love the company but... *2021-04-14, version 2.28* It seems like every time a new phone update comes out or I get a new phone it won't redownload my music. It will try, but it just keeps starting over no matter what connection I have. It makes me sad because my favorite disc is a download instead of a chip. They did get it fixed last time so hopefully they will get this one. ### 3/5 — Buyer beware *2020-12-01, version 2.25* I’m disappointed in this app. I’m sure the testimonials are accurate and we had some success using it with our son, so I’m giving it a generous 3-stars for this reason. I’ve taken away two-stars because there are several factors not included in the app description, which are key to end users. 1. Regarding family sharing — Only the app is shareable; content is not shareable. The only way for purchased content to be downloaded is for the same AppleID to be used across devices. Each different AppleID for (parents or caretakers) would have to purchase the same content. Supposedly, per the app’s support team, this is an Apple enforced restriction; but if I can buy music through Apple Music and share it with my family, why can’t I do the same here? Seems like it would be possible if the app had a user based option versus tying it to the AppleID. 2. Although the app is available to all, you have to be working with a therapist familiar with this app to find selections appropriate to your situation. 3. Samples of music are only available through a therapist. You cannot listen to samples in the app or online. 4. Albums are expensive. I’m sure the cost is reflective of the science and time involved in producing these, so not saying it is warranted. It just makes appropriate album selection more important, so you’re not wasting money. Also, since content is not shareable, it becomes even more expensive for families. Honestly, it doesn’t feel good having to pay so much. Hopefully, it provides readers relief worth the cost. ### 4/5 — Great App! *2020-09-26, version 2.24* It’s music was very good. However, in acquiring a new phone, my song purchase has been repossessed by Vital Sounds. It is an egregious use of proprietary power. I paid slightly over $18 for each of the songs, a fair, albeit large, sum for a song that I was told was mine to keep. Buyers, buy the entire cd for $30 to prevent them from taking it away from you. The convenience isn’t worth not having it available in the future. I did contact them and received no response. ### 1/5 — Bad Customer Service *2023-01-07, version 2.34* I have recently purchased a new phone and wanted to transfer the music I had paid for just a month ago to my new phone. I was told this was not possible so I asked for a discount to get the same music again. Sad to say they have ignored my emails. Cindy P. in OT suggested this app. I did the two week rental back in November 23. Six months later I realized my perceived togetherness and organization was greatly improved while doing tasks and listening to links to modulation. It also opened my eyes to many things that are triggering while I have always dismissed to it is what it is; i have overwhelming urges, but while listening I feel more in control with my choices. Just start with mundane task like dishes, yard work or laundry.
