Now I can’t utilize for any documentation once I try to go back through “pending documentation”! The update messed something up and hoping it gets fixed ASAP! ### 2/5 — Update made more issues *2025-01-18* New update made it so when you clock out/ try to do the notes it kicks you out. ### 2/5 — Update makes the app crash *2025-01-17* So the app updated tonight before my session and everything was fine until I went to clock out and put in my notes. The app crashed, so I reopened it, went to pending documentation, saw the session, clicked on it, it looked like it was trying to load the note screen but it crashed again. As a guardian it does not recognize my credentials. Dcc.therapycorner.com - this is the employee sign in. Guardian.therapycorner.com is what I need. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it’s still doing the same thing so I’m still unable to clock in and summit my notes to the guardian. It’s allowing me to clock in and out but I have a few days worth of documentation that I have not been able to complete as the app keeps crashing the moment I clock out or the moment I click on “pending documentation.” I can’t bill the client unless I submit my documentation.
