I cannot express the incredible endorphins exuded from my soul when I do classes at Therapy Fitness.. Kyle has created a unique experience & everytime I come back to the Goldie .. it’s my highlight .. tomorrow I’m back cannot wait 🙌

From the moment I walked through the front door to a warm welcome .. to when I left, complimentary smoothie in hand.. 
the service, the staff, the venue , the sound, the tunes 👌
I’m still smiling. Started with Run or Lift with Emily.. back for Connect Yang with Freddie this morning.. I’ll be coming tomorrow even though I might not be able to feel my legs.  
Well done Therapy Fitness. 
I’m hooked on your energy already.

There is a certain magic about the community that Kyle and Emma have created at therapy fitness. The space is amazing and always kept pristine. Every instructor is full of energy and creates the best vibe. There are one thousand places to sweat on the Gold Coast but there is really nothing like the therapy team and the classes that they provide. So much diversity in their offering it keeps you coming back!
