App crashes when you select an insight. Also gives confirmation of deleting your account but account is still there and can log back in. Don’t install.

Concise and easy to use! Has great templates for journaling. Allows me to easily share my thoughts and journaling with my therapist!

My psychiatrist wanted something for me to track my moods and triggers for my PTSD, anxiety, depression and self harm. I haven’t found anything we both can easily understand and I can keep track of until i found this by random. Such a simple and awesome gem!

What I enjoy about this app is that it is simple to use. From utilizing the the various templates and being able to share it with my therapist if I choose to. 

The templates allow me to go through structured journaling allowing me to process my thoughts.
