## What is Therapy Rex?

TherapyRex connects you with the right therapist — not just any therapist.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, or simply want someone to talk to, TherapyRex makes finding a licensed, verified therapist simple, private, and personal.

For Clients: Create a profile in minutes and share what you're looking for — specialties, session format, availability, language, and more. Browse verified therapists matched to your needs, send messages, and start your therapy journey on your terms. Track your mood, check in daily, and watch your progress over time.

For Therapists: Create your professional profile and get discovered by clients who are the right fit for your expertise. Manage your availability, communicate securely with clients, and grow your practice with built-in analytics.

For Organizations: Sign in with your organization account to manage your practice, invite and support therapists, organize your team, oversee client connections, and access organization tools from one place.

Why TherapyRex:

• Verified & Licensed — Every therapist is reviewed and credentialed before joining
• Secure Messaging — Private conversations between you and your therapist
• Smart Matching — Filter by specialty, therapy type, session format, language, insurance, and more
• Availability Matching — Find therapists whose schedule works with yours
• Progress Tracking — Daily check-ins, mood logs, and session history in one dashboard
• Organization Support — Tools for individual therapists, group practices, and organization administrators
• Bilingual — Available in English and Spanish

TherapyRex is built for anyone who has ever thought, “I should talk to someone,” but wasn't sure where to start. We make that first step easier.
