Each appointment I’ve had to use a regular telephone for my appointment. I access therapy appointment online rather than using the app. Even that is horrible to deal with. If I could, I’d give it absolutely no stars at all. ### 1/5 — Yuck *2025-06-17* It consume a ton of phone battery: overheats cell phones. A 45 minute session drains 25% of the battery. It also bounces back and forth in the login process from the app to the internet. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-12-04* App is trash, never loads, and the website doesn’t work either! ### 2/5 — It’s set up odd *2024-10-01* When you go into the app, it’s confusing at first. You have to use a link to sign in/log in since there’s no other option in the app. It’s literally the same as logging in online. When I log in, the app displays a white page telling me to return to the app and log in to join a session. ### 1/5 — Fix it *2024-02-08* I use my macbook pro and it says it's not compatible with it however when you are using your browser most things are compatible and if it was truly not compatible it wouldn't work at all. So why don't the developers find a way to make it compatible with an IOS desktop or laptop. If Zoom and Doxy can do it I'm sure your developers can figure it out if not you might want to hire the people that work at Zoom!!! ### 1/5 — Latest Update Broke the App *2023-11-22* It no longer opens and just shows an endless loading screen.
