### 2/5 — Disappointed in new update

Why would you remove the weekly view feature and add additional steps in order to get to the web view? Only way for me to get to my to-do is to select a random appt and get to web browser that way. Not very user friendly. It was great before.

The latest update is terrible. The previous version was much easier to use. This version is basically useless and I basically need to use the web based version for anything productive. The previous version made it easy to access the web based version.

I like therapy notes a lot and it’s great to have an app but it hardly ever actually opens using the app. Hopefully the bugs are fixed and it actually opens and is useful, till then I have to use a browser on my phone

The features in the app are pretty limited (hopefully they will add more), and the FaceID stopped working after a while.

I am having issues with Face ID. I get an error message within the app and in the app settings.

 I would also like to be able to make changes in the app to appointment times one day.

Twice the app crashed during session. While I was rebooting the app, the client was able to see and hear me while in the waiting room and I hadn’t yet accepted them into the call. Needs to be fixed asap. Thank you thank you

They may upgrade in the future but right now it’s essentially just a browser shortcut. If you want to do notes, cancel an appointment, etc, all it does is open in a browser. I can just skip that and open in safari like I’ve done for the last 6 years. I appreciate that they’re trying to give users an app, which I’ve been asking for for years, but the functionality isn’t there.

Loved that an app came out- however I can’t write my notes, which stinks. Also, there are 4 tabs to go through, and it gets stuck on a tab, then I’ll have to close the app and reopen to go to another one.. annoying glitch. 

I like the notifications of upcoming sessions piece.
