Estoy usando la app desde hace un tiempo y la experiencia está siendo muy positiva. Es cómoda, fácil de usar y te permite hacer terapia online con profesionales, algo que viene genial si tienes horarios complicados o te cuesta desplazarte, como me pasa a mí.
Si llevas tiempo pensando en empezar, este puede ser el empujoncito que falta

La app tiene una falla y no puedo hacer uso de ella , en la parte que me dice selecciona tu plan , no me aparece ninguna opción para seleccionar y por ende el botón de continuar no clickea tampoco entonces no puedo salir de esa página, ya desinstale e instale la app nuevamente y me paso lo mismo , ayuda porfis

Llevo año y medio, y la app nunca ha ido bien. No registra bien si has hecho los test del principio,de repente te pide la contraseña cada dos por tres. Y me subieron la tarifa sin avisar. Con mi psicóloga estoy encantada. Pero la app no sirve ni para chatear a veces.

Llevo 1 año utilizando esta app y la verdad que es lo mejor que me he encontrado. Soy super feliz con mi psicologa (Zaida) y he conectado 100% con ella. 
Pero este inicio de año, han pegado una subida brutal en los precios que me parece super desproporcionado y por ello en lugar de tener 5 estrellas, tiene 3 aunque me he planteado 2 estrellas. 
Espero esto puedan verlo y siendo sincera bajar los precios porque me parece muy desproporcionado esta subida, porque antes la recomendaba a todos mis conocidos, y ahora la seguire recomendando pero con reservas…

La aplicación es muy mejorable, los formularios muchos no se envían aunque los rellenes, el proceso de inscripción también falla y las llamadas depende del día y los mensajes también. Lo bueno de esta aplicación son los profesionales que te atienden y hace que valga la pena “lidiar” con esta App, pero si pudiera elegir la misma profesional sin tener que usar la App de por medio lo haría sin dudarlo.
