Works for me, you’re able to chart some things onsite , a general SOAP note, get the signature and chart your time if you want. Also reschedule. I felt obligated to leave a good review also because it seems to be getting review bombed a little bit and it’s a good app.

Otherwise solid app, layout is nice. 

Every time I try to view goals for patients the app crashes and I am unable to view goals on mobile. Would be a big improvement to solve this issue. Already tried troubleshooting steps like reinstalling and deleting cache. Thanks
