Therasoft provides access to the Therasoft Online Calendar Scheduling features as well as Credit card Payment processing and filing Insurance Claims. You must be a registered user with Therasoft and have a valid userid and password to access the App functionality. The App automatically resizes the screen on iPad with larger screens. This app is similar to the Therasoft Dictate app but it does not include the Dictation and Camera features. The app requires an active subscription to the Therasoft Practice Management software which is a paid software subscription used by Mental Health professionals to manage their practice. One dollar is nothing I know that, but is a not working app so don’t waist your $1 dollar or more because this scam is not refundable. Is so annoying that Apple let this kind of apps show in Apple Store and like this app I have bought a lot of other apps that after a while they disappear and with that also disappear the money customers spend. ### 2/5 — It keeps crashing *2023-11-29* It is becoming very unreliable. Support is a joke. I am going to have to find a better software. ### 1/5 — App Crash *2021-01-26* The app has not worked since the last update. I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. I reached out to customer service and their suggestions included checking their “knowledge” page. Nothing on that page fixes the issue. Customer service is absolutely terrible and they refuse to help anyone. They constantly refer to their “knowledge” page and do not even address the issue. As soon as I click on the app it doesn’t even open. So explain to me how I am supposed to fix that? That is not something on my end! I do not recommend therasoft for your EMR. I wish they followed the way KIPU works. It hasn’t worked since I downloaded it a year and a half ago. Yes my phone is updated to the newest IOS - and yes I just downloaded the newest version of the Therasoft app. It just doesn’t work.
