I spoke to someone via email and he told me the issue was that my videos have to be .mp4 and not .mov made sure to convert all my videos and still can’t get them to upload. I have 10 great videos and can’t even add them to my portfolio. Super frustrating. ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2025-04-11* This app is glitchy and hard to use. I have been a professional photographer for 9 years and there seem to be quite a disparity in the expectation or requirements on here vs the budgets… I wouldn’t call this a commercially viable space. Know your worth fellow creators as quite often you will get taken advantage of. ### 1/5 — Won’t delete my personal info *2022-07-28* You have to put in lots of very personal info only to be told you don’t qualify. Then they email you repeatedly telling you to finish your profile even when you can’t because they won’t let you because you don’t qualify. You can delete your account manually but guess what? They still email you and say it’s because you have an account with them. I want my personal info DELETED. ### 4/5 — With a few tweaks could be amazing *2022-06-29* A great app apart from the fact you can’t choose a photo to go with specific applications, and also it automatically chooses/shows the rate as hourly for your job applications which makes it look like your hourly rate is way too high. ### 2/5 — Some issues that need resolving *2022-04-10* I’ve been using the right fit since they started and waiting for an app. There’s still a lot of issues that need to be resolved for the app to run smoothly. When I go into the reviews tab, nothing loads up. None of my recent messages show in the app but they do on the website (past 4 months worth). Once this is resolved I’m sure I would love the app. ### 5/5 — A Game-Changer! *2022-03-29* The Right Fit website has already revolutionised how content creators, models, influencers etc. find fantastic work. The addition of this app to their portfolio has once again set a new standard for the industry. Having a portal for people to find incredible jobs to further ourselves in our respective industries - can’t be more excited! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Waste of time *2026-07-10* After selecting country and niche.. showing other countries worthless collab..its totally waste of time ### 1/5 — Second review because this is just horrendous *2026-03-24* I just wrote a review on the terrible update where everything just is so inconvenient. Can’t declutter unwanted campaigns (I’m not a male or from the USA but you keep giving me those) and can’t even save campaigns anymore. And now the app is just so buggy and keeps saying “bad gateway” or just doesn’t load at all. How did the app get this bad? DO NOT USE! ### 1/5 — The WORST creators app *2024-05-07, version 1.100* 4 YEARS of crashing, unable to login notifications when details have been correct, freezes and ZERO contact or help when trying to access, fix and troubleshoot. Save yourself the download. It’s not worth it ### 1/5 — It has become so difficult to use *2023-12-26* I use to use this app all the time but since they made all these changes and changed CEO it has gone downhill. I can’t be bothered to apply for jobs on here anymore. 1. I I used to only see jobs relevant to me and all in one section, and delete/hide the jobs I wasn’t interested in. But now I can’t since they separated the sections for “content creators” and “talent”. The two different columns has made it more confusing and it shows me jobs from other states that I can’t even hide/delete anymore… 2. I constantly try to “apply” for jobs but an error kept stopping me saying I haven’t entered a quote for deliverables, but actually there is no other section for me to enter any quote. So I’ve given up trying. 3. The whole separate “usage” section is confusing. Before I used to be able to just enter an entire quote and negotiate how much usage they wanted. 4. Most of the content creator jobs are now contra rather than paid. It used to be no gifted and was the best app for getting paid jobs. I used to get jobs on here all the time, but now it’s not very user friendly at all and I haven’t gotten a job here in months. ### 1/5 — Used to be good. Crashes. *2023-09-24* When it was accessible via the web it was a lot easier to use. Now that it is only app based, it is more difficult. For one, I see a lot less jobs, possibly because there has been a drop in usage by clients. Secondly, I find the messaging between potential client regarding a job annoying. It is not so user-friendly. I cannot see what I have written for jobs I have applied for, so makes it difficult to remember what fees or other options you have offered for a project. The biggest issue I have is trying to update your profile portfolio. This was somewhat a pain with the web based version, but really annoying in the app. AND CURRENTLY, the app CRASHES if selecting EDIT PROFILE! 😣 ### 1/5 — Can’t work *2023-09-07, version 1.085* Can’t get verified as it won’t let me add my bank details Can’t link my instagram Can’t log in on the browser Can’t submit the issue to technical support ### 1/5 — Can’t access *2023-05-17, version 1.0.80* I tried to log in on the website, the website says I have to use the app. I download the app, and can’t get past the first page, pressing save to update my details does nothing and I’m stuck. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, app is up to date. Really feel like part of the right fit family! I work as a photographer but do modelling & some light influencer work as well & there are jobs to apply for that pop up daily! Maybe like 4-6 jobs per day that I’m eligible to apply for.
