Thermann Control allows you to control the temperature of your water heaters remotely, via Smartphone or Tablet. You can minimize waste by heating the water only when necessary, for example while heading back home from work, after practicing sports or before arriving to the vacation house. You can turn the water heater on or off wherever you are, manage its temperature and its switch-on/off times and always be updated on its operating status. The correct usage allows a consumption saving of over 15%. The antibacterial cycle should be given a time frame as set by the user as to when it starts. Tonight the cycle started at 7pm - right at the peak power pricing and the end of solar generation. Please app developers, give us the option of telling the antibacterial cycle that it can only run between 9am to 4pm for someone that has solar or at other times when the power price is low ### 5/5 — Excellent Support and Reliable System – Special Thanks to ALEN. *2025-08-20, version 3.0* Initially, I was very disappointed with the Thermann app as it stopped working after a few weeks, and I even shared a negative review out of frustration. However, once I reached out to technical support, my experience completely changed. A technical expert named ALEN handled my case, and I cannot praise him enough. He investigated the issue thoroughly, identified that the problem was not with Thermann but elsewhere, and guided me with clear, step-by-step instructions until everything was resolved. I deleted the app and reinstalled it reconnected as per the user manual and still doesn’t work! Using an apple iPhone 15 4G Wi-Fi connection! I even tried an iPhone 13 and it didn’t work. Very disappointed in this app! I have downloaded version 2.34 and still no connection despite version 2.32 allegedly fixing the Telstra 3G disconnection. I have even reset the heater per manufacturer instructions to no avail.
