I have now tried two batteries in the sensor and still can’t get it to pair with my phone. The app is super simple but of no use and there’s no help available.

Bought this for use with Newkiton NK-01B Wireless Thermometer Temperature Sensor. The app pairs successfully with the sensor. It can read the temperature from the sensor and logs the data in nice graphs. That’s about all it does.

You can’t adjust the data logging sampling rate or intervals. You can’t start and stop a reading.

It stores everything on the sensor. You can’t save it to your phone. If you leave home or walk away and want to show someone the temperature plot it won’t display the history until it connects, which is impossible at that distance. So the app is pretty useless when not in range. It claims you can export data to CSV file but the button doesn’t do anything when you click it. If there was something else I need to do to make it work there were no prompts or instructions.

App support is a random name company HyperSynes in China. Doesn’t even seem related to the product name (Newkiton) and app developer name (Linqing Liu).

Again, if you aren’t right next to the sensor, this app doesn’t do much. You can’t see the history. You can’t save or export the data.

I even tried updating to the very latest IOS without any improvements. 

I am returning the product and uninstalling the app.

### 4/5 — Limited Functions but Cheap Way to Monitor Temp

Accurate temp monitoring via Bluetooth, csv file easily exported to spreadsheet.  Ordered two more, one with humidity read outs.  The app could use updating to make the data useful within the app, but these temp monitors are worth the price.

Works Great with the bluetooth thermometer I bought. Am able to connect easily and see charts and history and export to cvs file with no issues whatsoever. 

Only thing I wish you could do is delete readings. It shows the room temp from when I first powered it on as the max temp it has hit. Also when you go into the reading history it starts at the oldest data and you have to scroll weeks down to get the the most current readings. That should be reversed with the newest data displayed first I would think.
