The thermostat itself works perfectly fine but the remote control through the app needs complete rework. Il quinto non viene gestito, per questo solo 4 stelle, quindi ne ho preso uno della concorrenza, che è assai più complicato da gestire e a volte non riesco a raggiungerlo via app. Tornando a questi x8000, dopo una procedura di interfacciamento con la rete Wi-Fi a volte un poco laboriosa (è molto importante seguire i passaggi delle istruzioni attendendo qualche secondo prima di confermare un passaggio affinché il Wi-Fi abbia trovato l’apparecchio), sono riuscito a collegarli all’assistente vocale Alexa (anche qui bisogna scaricare una applicazione, registrarsi e seguire una procedura un poco laboriosa, ma alla fine funziona tutto) e riesco a comandare gli apparecchi di casa semplicemente con la voce. (Il comando “spegni” non viene recepito, pertanto mi limito a dire “Alexa, imposta 10 gradi in salotto”). I comandi principali del termostato sono attivabili anche in locale (accendi, spegni, percentuale umidità, regolazione temperatura, booster). Per tutto il resto bisogna usare la applicazione “thermostat” fatta bene e molto intuitiva. Molto utile la funzione di regolare intensità del display, e spegnerlo quando è buio se si vuole, e si può anche tarare il termostato in modo che sia preciso con la misurazione della temperatura, se dovesse servire. Anche il servizio assistenza è molto veloce e preparato a risolvere al telefono eventuali problemi di configurazione. **Developer response:** Buongiorno, stiamo lavorando per migliorare la nostra App costantemente. It was extremely difficult to get app to sync with device at installation (spent hours together with professional electrician working throught trial error). In everyday use app is frequently unable to connect to device if you are outside the home. La prima volta l’ho resettato ed è tornato a funzionare, ora invece provo in tutti i modi ma non riesco più ad inserire i 4 codici sotto la sezione IP, mi da le lineette che a quanto pare equivalgono ad un errore...
