To utilise the smart services outside of local area network does not work pro smart should really reconsider a new app or a development partner. ### 1/5 — No support !! *2023-03-05, version 6.1.0* Come on guys get your act together Where is your support ? I have been using the app successfully for a few months Now am unable to log in I have requested a link to reset password via app 59 times ! Do not buy Saswell! ### 1/5 — You get what you pay for *2022-06-08, version 6.0.9* Absolutely the worst wifi stat you can buy. Non existent customer service. Cannot communicate with thermostat after upgrade. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-06-04, version 6.0.9* At first it all worked faultlessly, all thermostats connected and programmed. Then after a month I couldn’t log into the app, all attempts failed so in the end I had to open another account and re add the thermostats. Again it worked perfectly for a month or so before I couldn’t log in agin, 3 months later I still can’t or create another account. Not impressed, my advice is to avoid Saswell altogether ### 1/5 — Cannot connect *2022-05-21, version 6.0.9* After my upgrade on iPhone 11 I cannot connect to the thermostat. I deleted the app, reinstalled sand still gett an error when trying to connect.
