## What is Thesaurus Rex German?

Thesaurus is a synonym finder that you can use to find technical terms or make useful suggestions. 

Examples:
 Apoplex -> Schlaganfall 
 galvanisieren -> metallbeschichten, metallisieren
 Pferd -> Einhufer, Gaul, Hottehü, Hottemax, Ross, Rössel....
  
The search is tolerant to spelling mistakes. The search for 'Adruhfy' finds atrophy and atrophy. 

Within the hits you can search for further associations or for upper and lower terms.

### 2.0 — 2019-02-01

We are constantly improving our app.
The database files have been moved to a secure area. Previously it could happen that the files were deleted if there was not enough space on the phone.
The background update has been accelerated and no longer interferes. It is also possible to specify whether synchronization should only take place via WLAN or not.

with the help of a local cache we could accelerate the search query extremely

The issue of performance has left us no peace of mind. By changing the database structure we were able to speed up the display by a factor of 6.
Unfortunately the database has to be downloaded again for users with an older version.
We apologize for this, but it is really worth it :)
