Could someone please shed some light on whether there is an issue with the app now? As I can’t access any info about my child’s class/school which is is frustrating. ### 2/5 — Accessibility *2022-10-01* Why is the text size in the app not configurable and why does it not respond to text size changes in the OS Accessibility setting? For an app that is entirely about information dissemination, not making sure that information is readable by the whole audience is pretty poor. ### 2/5 — Not working *2020-10-23, version 3.0.71* Hi Developers Please can you look into the issues some of us are experiencing with the app. I am Getting notifications but can’t view the messages. This has happened since updated to iOS 14. I’ve missed out on messages all week from school before half term and it’s very frustrating. After all the Sms code thing and choosing school and everything, the next page is blank. I have all the options there( home, messages,school, More) but nothing can be done, I can’t access any of them. Its very annoying, the school sends a lot of messages and twitters every day, and I am the last one to find about them from other people. Can you, PLEASE, do something? I have to go through the set up every single time I use it. Parent mail is better! ### 2/5 — Mrs *2019-10-17* This app constantly asks me if I’ve had an invitation from the school to receive messages and despite me putting yes and registering and it all being set up, it asks me to do the whole thing all over again pretty much every week. I can get as far as “find your school”, but when I get to the next screen “yes that’s it” I am unable to confirm as the app freezes **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear you experienced an issue with selecting your school following the iOS 13 update. Very disappointing and frustrating.. ### 1/5 — No longer works *2019-09-06, version 3.0.31* Worked perfectly then the update and now nothing. I’ve deleted reinstalled it and still doesn’t work, just says network error try again. Very annoying ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work. *2019-07-21, version 2.1.5* Horrific, horrific app. Seems like it’s been made by actual reception children as a fun afternoon end of term project. No offence intended to reception children. ### 1/5 — App don’t load properly. *2019-07-21* This app worked perfectly until Friday. Now it doesn’t load, I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it, asks to allow notifications but won’t load any schools to choose from. The latest frustration is that notifications aren’t coming through despite being switched on in iPhone settings. The app hasn’t been updated in some time, which would explain a lot. Just wish the school would not use it anymore and use email. ### 1/5 — Notifications have stopped working *2024-09-05, version 3.2.28* Tried turning on and off again at iPhone settings level, uninstalling and re-installing app. ### 1/5 — Great when it works *2023-09-07* This app used to work brilliantly, seeing messages from the school and accessing the calendar and website. Now we see a message title when it’s initially sent, but if you try and open the app it you just get a network error message and can’t access anything. If it didn’t work at all it wouldn’t be so bad, but when it works for some and others can’t even log in, the school thinks people are getting messages when they aren’t. Hopefully we won’t miss out on anything too important. ### 1/5 — Not working *2023-09-06, version 3.2.28* Not working ### 1/5 — App not working, network error *2023-09-06* Start of the new school year, and go to use The School App again only to find it has broken. Network error reported, states it couldn’t access the login information. Our school does not use logins and never had to load any details before. “Retry” button keeps displaying the error, “Start over” button shows deleting account and then nothing happens. Deleting and reinstalling shows same error. ### 1/5 — Return after 6 week summer *2023-09-06* Upon returning to the app to see new school year information, it won’t let me log on. The loading screen remains and a message comes up saying Network Failure. I have tried uninstalling and re-downloading the app but this hasn’t worked!
