I loved these collars and the idea behind them... missing the follow through. Charge a small monthly fee if you have to... just make it better. ### 1/5 — Poor connection *2024-03-12, version 2.6* Every time I try to connect to collar, it connects for a second then the app just closes. One for my Aussie and one for my Elkhound. The M barely fits my Elkhound and she’s 6 months and will probably outgrow it soon. Neither fits my Aussie. The app itself is glitchy. I tried to register both collars and it found one and glitched and now it won’t find it again. The other one worked. So I can only use the GPS for one of the two collars and it’s not even the collar that fit on a dog. I got stuck in a drop down option picking if my dog is male or female because it wanted a save and when I clicked yes it’d bring me right back to the drop down. Supporting site is minimalistic and unhelpful.
