Been trying for hours, can’t get past this part. Tried to find phone number to call & cant. So sad. ### 1/5 — Disappointed and frustrated *2019-03-08, version 2.00* I can’t link my home base to the app. It has been hours of effort and very frustrating. Kinda feel like I got ripped off, which is lousy because I bought 4 collars and was so excited to be able to track my fur babies and keep them safe. THIS COMPANY NEEDS WAY BETTER TECH SUPPORT if you have any integrity at all. buyer beware! ### 1/5 — Total waste *2018-12-27, version 1.31* App crashes every time I try to add the collar. ### 1/5 — Issues with App - does not actually track. *2018-11-21, version 1.31* Upon first getting this collar and app, the GPS would not actually track my pet on the app. Upon further attempts, the app went black and kicked me off when attempting to re-add the collar. After uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times, I still cannot re-add the collar - still failing to serve the purpose it was purchased for in tracking my pet. ### 1/5 — BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY! *2018-09-23, version 1.31* I get to the select device screen and it kicks me out of the app every time! I cannot register the collar making the whole thing worthless! I am so angry that a company sells an unusable product because the app does not work! I forgot my accounts password when I clicked on forgot password the app kicks me out of it. At first I was really excited because I thought finally if my dog ever gets out I will be able to locate him and bring my fur baby home where he’s safe and back with the family. I been trying to get a hold of the company via email but when I send them an email with the email they provides I get my email back saying message error the email is not valid. I am now hoping I get someone from the company attention so they can help me reset my password so I can use the app and collar as they promise. Please fix the app so this problem STOPS. It is very frustrating, annoying and a waste of time and money if someone can’t use what you promised. It would be great if the app and collar worked because It’s one less worry knowing if your dog gets out you’ll be able to locate them. It’s a peace of mind. but if the collar/app DOES NOT WORK than why have it and why promise people something that your not providing. SOMEONE FROM SMART BUCKLE READ THIS MESSAGE AND PLEASE HELP ME RESET THE PASSWORD!!! THANKS I WOULD APPRECIATE THE HELP. ### 1/5 — No help no troubleshooting guide *2018-08-30, version 1.31* Can’t get past downloading the program... system crashes every time I try to add my 3 collars.. asked for help, received a response, that didn’t correct the problem, asked for additional help.. and all I received was crickets... no phone number to call to have tech support walk you thru set up. All collars & both bases going back. Will be smarter with next supplier who I speak to over the phone! I loved these collars and the idea behind them... missing the follow through. When it does connect, the app crashes after a few seconds. There’s no way that this app can possibly be used to track my dog’s activity, let alone his location. I just bought this collar and was super excited to use it. it worked great during the actual set up of the collar and the first time I tracked my dog but then afterwards it stopped working as well and started crashing when I tried to track my dog, not to mention this app hasn't been updated in 10 months! ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2021-04-29, version 2.6* Bought two, a M and a L. One for my Aussie and one for my Elkhound. The M barely fits my Elkhound and she’s 6 months and will probably outgrow it soon. Neither fits my Aussie. The app itself is glitchy. I tried to register both collars and it found one and glitched and now it won’t find it again. The other one worked. So I can only use the GPS for one of the two collars and it’s not even the collar that fit on a dog. I got stuck in a drop down option picking if my dog is male or female because it wanted a save and when I clicked yes it’d bring me right back to the drop down. Supporting site is minimalistic and unhelpful. Sent an email out hoping to at least get the other collar registered or the whole thing is useless to me. ### 1/5 — Could never get it. *2020-02-17, version 2.2* Could never get into the app. Downloaded the app did the registration got the email confirming it. Tried to sign in said it was The wrong id or password reset the password still says wrong id or password. Their website is even worse. Won’t let you look at acct. keeps wanting you to put in user name and password but won’t save it. App won’t connect to collar to show location to see if new collar is working or not. Send it back.
