Within the four years I figured since were paying so much money they would rebuild it, I wonder if Jim Cramer is aware of this. And yes I have deleted the app and re-download it numerous times. I’ve spoken to customer service at least five times. And they always say it’ll be fixed next week. Push notifications don’t work either. The worst app that I still use. 😂 ### 1/5 — Terrible news display *2021-05-04, version 3.6.4* Amazing how the app efficiently can bill your subscription but is unable to display news articles within the app. I can read the article on the website but that is not as convenient. Customer support has been saying they are working on this problem but by history of the comments they have been “working” on this problem for a long time. Always says “we are working on it”. No help from support. Also, why do you write editorials about Tucker C and Elon Musk when this is supposed to be an investing info site? Has it become a political tool? Also, stop writing fluff about fast food menu changes. For god’s sake. ### 1/5 — Easily Worst App on IOS Store *2023-03-14* Crashes all the time. There appears to be absolutely no effort to fix or improve it - they know the issues. Quite stunning really. Today app not working at all for any tab (I subscribe to them all). My guess is this may be the beginning of the end for the app altogether. Non-existent customer service too. They really do not seem to care - just tell you to access via web. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all. Apple should remove this app *2022-11-14, version 4.0.7* The app has been broken for months. Called them and they claim they are “working on it”. Only it takes forever for them to send them. By the time you can get in it’s about 10 minutes later. Something changed a few weeks ago and something is wrong with the app. You can’t read the daily diary on the app correctly. Contacted support , they claim they are aware. For the past year or so the Real Money Pro tab doesn’t work. All the other tabs open without any issues but when I try to open Real Money Pro the app closes completely and the articles can’t be seen. I was told by customer service that this is only an issue with the app on IOS and needless to say is frustrating. ### 2/5 — Crashing while the market is OPEN *2021-10-11, version 4.0.1* Entire app continues to randomly crash. Very frustrating considering I have the Action Alerts Plus subscription, so it is hard to get the alerts. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. After reading other reviews I too can not see entire charts in the research sections and articles. AAP has helped me, it is ironic that the technology companies AAP endorses are the ones supporting the app! Can you look into this for Cramer and the team! ### 2/5 — Need iPhone 12 Optimization and Fixes *2021-06-02, version 3.6.4* I just started using the app for the first time today. The app seems to work pretty well. A problem presented when I opened a picture of a chart in one of the articles, and the X to close the full screen view of the chart could not be pressed. The X was too far in the extreme edge of the screen. I had to completely close the app and open it back up in order to get rid of this full screen image. Under AAP the ticker symbols don’t display either in the portfolio tab. That pretty disappointing. ### 2/5 — Can’t see the ticker symbols *2021-05-28, version 3.6.4* You’ll need to buy the subscriptions to see content and there are several but it’s easy enough to filter-down to your specific subscriptions. Biggest pain is the tickers are invisible when you look at the portfolios. You can tap on the cell and it will load but you have no idea which ticker will load. Website is far better experience - this app is an afterthought. ### 2/5 — Action Alert Plus *2021-03-31, version 3.6.4* Great analysis on stocks but the app still doesn’t display the stock name or symbol. This can’t be that difficult to fix.
