진짜 최악…..필기 인식도 거의 못하고 한달에 삼만삼천원이나 처 내서 직접 내가 타자로 다 쳐서 인식함 심지어 앱 삭제해도 구독취소 안돼서 하루 밖에 안 쓰고 그냥 화나서 삭제했는데 뭔 두달?돈을 내래; 이딴게 왜 한달에 삼만삼천원인지 이해가안되네 원래 이런 글 안 쓰는데 진짜 절대 돈낭비하지마시라고 남겨요 진짜 너무 돈아깝고 하나도 도움이 안됨

회원 탈퇴를 했는데도 계속해서 해외 결제 시도 문자가 날아옵니다. 원화 결제를 차단해놓아서 결제되진 않았지만 이번이 4번째네요. 탈퇴 후에도 지속적으로 결제를 시도하는건 왜 그런건가요? 카드 정보를 입력해놓아서 그런건가요?

탈퇴 후에도 결제 시도가 계속되어 불편을 드려 정말 죄송합니다.

앱 내에서 계정을 삭제하셨더라도 Apple App Store의 구독은 별도로 해지하지 않으면 자동 갱신이 시도됩니다. iPhone/iPad의 설정 → 상단 이름 → 구독에서 현재 활성화된 구독이 있는지 확인하시고, 있다면 직접 취소해 주세요. 이후에도 결제 시도가 발생한다면 Apple의 청구 재시도 시스템(보통 3~5회)에 의한 것일 수 있으며, 시간이 지나면 자동 중단됩니다.

이미 결제된 금액이 있다면 Apple의 reportaproblem.apple.com을 통해 환불을 요청하실 수 있습니다(Apple 결제는 저희가 직접 환불할 수 없습니다). 만약 저희 웹사이트를 통해 직접 결제하신 경우라면 contact@thetawave.ai로 결제에 사용한 이메일을 보내주시면 저희가 확인 후 도와드리겠습니다.

Gosto muito do thetawave, tem me ajudado muito a conseguir estudar assuntos da faculdade.  Porém no site on-line é mais fácil de mexer do que no app. Sugestão de melhoria: deixar o app intuitivo igual o site de vocês.

It seems useful BUT the trial automatically signed you up with Quarterly Pro plan before deciding and I can't find the subscription in my Apple subscription list to cancel right now which makes me very frustrated. No customer service working.

We understand how stressful it is to start a trial and then be unable to find the subscription in your Apple subscription list when you want to cancel.

For subscriptions made through the App Store, Apple manages the subscription and cancellation process directly. Please make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used to start the trial, then check your Apple Subscriptions page again.

If you still cannot find the subscription, please contact us at contact@thetawave.ai with your account email, Apple purchase receipt or screenshot, and the email address used for your Apple ID if possible. We will help you check the account and subscription status as soon as possible.
