And tech support stopped responding. They say money will be returned, but no one responds from TheTenn or Evolve bank and trust, no way to contact anyone. I had the card about 2 months when it stopped working, it’s suddenly gone ### 1/5 — Tenn is GONE OUTTA BUSINESS *2024-12-11* Terrible how this “company” with warning closed the same day a email was sent out saying they have cease operation. But worst part was, a third party service announced this, not TheTenn. All you have to do is wait 5 days to receive the $50. So I waited 5 days and decided to message customer service. I asked customer service when I would be expecting my $50 bonus like the advertisement stated and nothing happened until day 7 then I was told by a customer service agent named Danny who told me I do get the $50 bonus because I spent the $200 in my account and didn’t leave it in there. No where it was said I had to leave the $200 in my account to receive the $50 credit. I feel like this app is false advertising and these people are just trying to get new members. I suggest you do your research before sign anything with TheTenn bank app. If I could give this app a negative review star I would.
