Useless, frustrating. Please have a real person develop this app. One who actually goes to a gym and knows what would be helpful to the consumer. Everything has multiple steps to get to what you’re looking for IF you are lucky enough to find it.

Would have liked to use the app to check in so I wouldn’t need to carry stuff when I run to the gym.  But you still need to give something to get a locker key, which might as well be a member card.  So the app check in is pretty much worthless.

Can’t check monthly usage anymore. Password reset errors out and says link is expired or already been used even though it was just reset. Besides using my badge to check in, not sure why I have this app. I’ll just switch back to the plastic physical card.

The app developers really need to take a closer look at the UX. WAC folks have no clue about UX so they buy into this app developers sales pitch. Who suffers? The actual users of this app. With the last eat update I tap on “tomorrow” and a calendar pops up asking me to choose a date. Why create a link called, “tomorrow”??? Stupid UX. That’s just the beginning. It’s just downhill from there. App folks — please hire a better UX expert.

Decent app but needs deeper integration with iOS. 

-Calendar integration - feeds in classes. 
-health integration - syncs check in’s with apple health 

That would give a competitive advantage

I use this app solely to sign up for classes at the WAC locations. But I would love the ability to add the classes to my iOS calendar with the location presented so I don’t need to reopen the app when I wonder what else I am doing on a certain day.
