There are a bunch of comments saying it won’t load, but it’s working flawlessly for me on iOS 14.7 ( urrent as of August 2021) using an iPad Pro 12.9”, 2nd gen. (from 2018). For anyone who hasn’t played it - I highly recommend this game, it’s a true classic with a fantastic soundtrack, terrific artwork, and unique, interesting combat. And the storyline…seriously, don’t read about the plot in the wiki, just play the game…you’ll be glad you did. ### 4/5 — Screen turns white a stops working properly *2021-04-25, version 1.2.5* While the game is fairly stable, it tends to turn white and stops working. GAME. ### 4/5 — One of the best RPGs ever made. *2020-07-01, version 1.2.5* First off, thanks you Square Enix for keeping this app updated for 8 years. A lot of companies have abandoned their apps when they stop working and you have consistently kept this app up to date throughout the years so that it can still be enjoyed. I have two suggestions. Firstly, please update this app with iCloud support. For longer games, like RPGs, the ability to backup and keep your progress between devices is important. Please add this feature into the game. Secondly, please update some of the lower resolution art assets in the game. The Switch version of the game looks incredibly sharp in contrast to this version of the game; and yes I do understand that some of that is due to file size limitations for App Store apps. My first suggestion is definitely the one I would love to see implemented the most. Thank you regardless for keeping this game up to date.
