I don’t bother to use the app anymore. It just isn’t functional. I go directly online. The website works a lot better.

I was able to sign in one time then I could not sign in again. Tried a reset password  thru chat and link did not work.  Paid 30 dollars for mobile app that does not work and I was on support that pops up fast and leaves you hanging once Ryan response he will not answer you again during chat. Tried for a refund thru chat and no answer. Saved chat for future reviews

Doesn’t work on iPhone at all.   Basically it’s an app that makes it harder to log into a web based email account.   No notifications of emails, won’t stay logged in.   Waste of time and money.  Good luck if you expect it to work.

**Developer response:** If you wish to have notifications too, we have a guide on our site for how to configure that. There is also an update available on Android, it takes much longer to get apps updated with Apple.

I went with Thexyz.com after needing and researching secure email servers. While it remains to be seen how secure this service is, the App is a nightmare to use, and, despite being very tech savvy I simply cannot get my iPhone to recognize the Thexyz.com email, so I cannot access it through the “mail” function either. So far, a nightmare.

**Developer response:** I would recommend reaching out to support for assistance. They will be happy to assist you with resetting your password.

I paid £1.99 for this app.  I loaded it got a log in screen with only username and password to set it up.  When I entered these I got ‘Login Failed’!  And the only way I could return to the app was reboot the iPad.  Don’t spend the money on this

Every time I open an attachment I cannot get back to the app. Not a useful email app.
