Followed instructions carefully. Pressed the vibration every 30 seconds for 3 hours till asleep. Sync data next day says I fell asleep in less than a minute 9 times with no further info at all. What a waste of money.

使い始めて１ヵ月もしないうちにアプリが本体を認識しなくなった。アプリの不具合を疑いサポートを依頼したものの返事がなくなった。機械もダメなら、販売会社もダメダメダメダメでした。★はマイナス５です。

I had such high hopes for this product (the thim sleep ring) that’s meant to retrain your sleep and track your sleep...and it’s never ever worked properly. I was told the new firmware and the new app would address this but it hasn’t. This device is the last thing you want if you’ve got insomnia because it’s so frustrating to have spent considerable cash on this “sleep ring” which can’t reliably connect via Bluetooth, and an app that looks like it’s 5 years out of date.
