Look forward to 90 day reporting and visa extension/renewals ### 3/5 — Scanning issue *2026-08-09* Can’t scan my passport to create a profile. ### 1/5 — 使えない *2026-08-06* パスポートの読み取りはできるようになったが、プロフィールの登録エラーになる。 いつ完成するやらw ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-08-06* Actually got it to scan my passport eventually but then won’t let me proceed from the next page. ### 1/5 — スキャンできない *2026-08-05* NFCスキャンが55%で止まります。 ### 3/5 — NFC reading problem of Indian Passport *2026-08-04* I tried other apps to read my passport’s NFC which worked well; but on this app it shows an error “Authentication Failed” instantly, when I place my phone over passport. ### 1/5 — NFC認証が完了しない *2026-08-03* パスポート読み取り（NFCチップ認証）が何度試しても40〜60%台でエラーになり完了しません。端末の再起動、アプリの再起動を試しても改善せず。 さらに「マイプロフィール」作成画面はパスポート写真撮影→NFC認証の一本道になっており、手入力への切り替え導線が見当たりません。NFCが失敗すると、その先に進めずプロフィールを保存できない状態です。 到着カード（旅程）側では手入力で情報登録・健康申告・Trip QRコード発行まではできましたが、これは旅程ごとの一時的な入力であり、マイアカウントの「マイプロフィール」には反映されず（登録数0/5のまま）、パスポート番号・国籍・生年月日もすべて「Not Verified」の状態です。結果として、次回渡航時にまた一から入力し直す必要があり、THIMの売りである「プロフィール保存で入力の手間を省く」というメリットが得られていません。 同様のNFCエラー・プロフィール完了不可の報告は他のレビューにも複数見られ、個別端末の問題というより現状のアプリ側の不具合と思われます。試験運用中とのことですが、早期の改善を希望します。 ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Приложение не пригодно *2026-08-29* Не сканируется паспорт. Have to either type it in or get a OTP after typing in your email. Won’t scan my new USA passport because the picture now has an Emblem embossed into it and this app says there’s a COVER on my face. No. It’s the way it is. Tried 20 times. Then it magically jumped to the main page and wont even let me try to scan again. In the confirmation email, it’ll say to download the app to open the QR code. Then when they release new versions, they send more emails. I’ve already left Thailand and deleted the app. Please chill with the spam. ### 1/5 — Криворукое приложение. *2026-08-12* Фото паспорта не получается ни при каких условиях. Каким-то чудом смог сделать фото не одной страницы а всего паспорта в развороте. Но только один раз, больше не получалось потом. Чип сканируется, но по завершении пишет что ошибка чтения. При этом пропуская этот шаг видишь пометку в прогрессе создания аккаунта - что чип считан. При вводе адреса код страны не ищет, искать руками в списке. Список профессий писал душевнобольной. Заполненную страницу с адресом не дает сохранить. В этом месте я сдался. ### 1/5 — Die App funktioniert noch nicht richtig *2026-08-11* Leider kann man den Reisepass trotz unzähligen versuchen nicht speichern. Entweder funktioniert das einlesen des Chips nicht oder erkennt die Fotos nicht. Jedes Mal was Neues. I appear to be good to go. Unfortunately I don't expect to be traveling to Thailand anytime very soon, so I can't yet review how the app works at the Thai end of the trip.
