### 4/5 — Рамки иконки жирные

*2026-01-27, version 3.22.6*

Grazie!

### 5/5 — Great

*2025-12-17, version 3.22.6*

But please in CarPlay

### 4/5 — Outdated, Lacks development, yet still Excellent

*2025-12-14*

Things is outdated and is not being developed further but it is still an excellent app. Its strengths still make it a great app for tasks. These strengths include excellent keyboard interface, integration with Safari and Mail app via quick tasks, and an “Evening” key function to delay tasks until later. Yet it lacks features that even apps like Apple Reminders has. These include attachments, time-stamped comments, and UI personalizations. Furthermore more apps are including kanban style views and calendar views which Things does not have. Concerningly, there has been no new development for Many Years (although there are reliable and consistent updates.) It would appear that the developers are talented but they refuse to make updates as simple as adding a “Pin To Top” function for the Today View. So if you are coming to Things, you need to consider these deficiencies. Outside of that, it is still an excellent app that I use however I use it (frustratingly) in conjunction with other apps to try to overcome Things 3’s missing capabilities.

### 5/5 — The ultimate task list and more

*2025-12-12, version 3.22.6*

I’ve tried dozens of list apps over the years and they all have their strengths and weaknesses but my search is now over. Things is outstanding and worth every penny! I wish I had found this before spending hours messing with less capable options. Highly recommended!

### 4/5 — Awesome application with one caveat

*2025-11-30, version 3.22.4*

While it’s only available on Apple devices I don’t know why you didn’t just use ICloud for syncing. The beauty of Apple devices is that they just work. But now to view todos on different devices i need to have an account on your cloud.

### 5/5 — 2013 to 2025 and beyond

*2025-11-26, version 3.22.4*

Literally the only project management software (that I’ve come across) that works with my old MacBook Pro 2013 laptop to my 2017 iMac and my 2024 iPad. All the other project management tools you have to update to the latest Mac computer in order for it to work. This one WORKS just fine. You can use it with anything. I love this program.

### 5/5 — Génial

*2025-11-26, version 3.22.4*

Problème tout nouveau car se bloque souvent

### 3/5 — Absurdity: no trash or undo function in the IOS version

*2025-11-22, version 3.22.4*

I saddly discovered that the IOS version of Things 3 has no trash, nor an undo function and inadvertedly erased a group of tasks and …voilá ll! everything gone. Impossible to recover. I had never before checked for this absence of functionality because I took fro granted that any serious app would have an undo or trash recovery function. Other than that, the app is useful, easy to use and has many good features. Hopefully they eventually fix this problem in IOS.

### 4/5 — It’s good

*2025-11-19, version 3.22.4*

I like it

### 4/5 — Really good but missing features

*2025-11-13, version 3.22.4*

Would be nice to have a feature to add pictures, files or other forms of attachments.

### 3/5 — Clean, Powerful, but Unintuitive, Steep-ish Learning Curve — Been Using for 5 years

*2025-10-22, version 3.22.4*

Pluses:
1) Clean, attractive interface;
2) Subtle & Powerful features once you find them
3) One & done—buy once, cry once. No subscriptions!!

Minuses:
1) Unintuitive, rather steep learning curve. So-so tutoring resources. Have to go YouTube for help. 2) Some powerful features are buried, have to be “discovered”, 3) Has proprietary names for features.
4) No web interface—WHY?!?
5) Apple only, no Windows or Android.
6) Difficult to try before you buy.

### 3/5 — Demasiado cara parado lo que ofrece

*2025-10-21, version 3.22.4*

Demasiado cara parado lo que ofrece

### 5/5 — Still better than anything else in 2025

*2025-10-18, version 3.22.4*

Nothing out there comes close. Do you really want to spend $50-$100 a year for other software that’s a cluttered mess? This is a one time fee per device, which I gladly paid across all my devices, and I would pay it again happily.

The trick (for me) with this software is to not try to customize endlessly. Just enter your stuff, build a system as you go, and it will work. Every time a thought pops into my ADHD brain, I stick it in the inbox, and then review in the morning and again in the evening. Categorize and tag during review, and then sit back and let the system work.

It’s such a restful feeling to not constantly be running through my todos in my head, and to just trust the app to ping me when I need it to.

I’ve tried many apps and services. Todoist, Microsoft To Do, Planify (on linux), Asana, Apple Reminders, Agenda (this one is very good too), Trello, TickTick, ClickUp, Wrike, Quire, OmniFocus (oh so seductive and so so bad for my ADHD brain) todo.txt, Remember the Milk (remember Remember the Milk??), and nothing works like Things. But it, just use it, and be at peace.

### 5/5 — It just works

*2025-10-18, version 3.22.4*

Great piece of software. If you need a clean easy to use to-do list manager, then Things is it.

### 5/5 — 使いやすい

*2025-10-07, version 3.22.3*

有料版だったので躊躇したが買って大正解。iPhone,iPad,Mac全て購入してしまった。買い切りなのもありがたい。アップデートも頻繁にあり、ソフトウェアアップデートも気にせずやれるのもよい！

### 5/5 — Things are Working Out :)

*2025-09-30, version 3.22.3*

I love how shallow or deep you can go here with your to-do’s.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Absolute Trash

*2025-12-26, version 3.22.6*

They charge you $20 to put the app on your iPad. Fine. Paid that. Then I go to put the app on my phone and they want another $10?!? This company has lost the plot. The app is cool but it isnt $30 cool.

### 1/5 — Fix widget options on iPad

*2025-12-17, version 3.22.6*

Can you please add the same features the iPhone app has for widgets? The iPhone has a feature where tapping on a to-do item does not complete it and instead just open the app. That feature is missing from the iPad version.

### 1/5 — Desfasada

*2025-12-10, version 3.22.5*

La app fue muy buena hace mucho tiempo , ya está obsoleta y ya que no implementan mejoras , como muchas app nuevas que ya lo tienen , y para su precio, no merece la pena en absoluto

### 1/5 — Expected to be wowed - ha

*2025-07-21, version 3.21.19*

I want my money back as well as the time wasted to set this convoluted app up. Gave it several hours of input resulting in what could be accomplished more easily with pen and paper or just thinking.

### 1/5 — Disappointed in keyboard checklists

*2025-05-28, version 3.21.16*

I’m a big fan and longtime user. As a heavy user of checklists, I really don’t like that the behavior is not the same as Mac. I can’t ctrl+a to select multiple items. I cannot hold shift and arrow up/down to select multiple items. And when I paste checklists it always adds in new and empty rows. I wish it would be exactly the same as Mac

### 1/5 — Missing basic features, Apple refusing refund

*2025-03-17, version 3.21.9*

1. Cannot schedule recurring tasks in evening (they go to morning every day)
2. Cannot mark recurring tasks as complete before they’re due
3. Separate purchase for each platform (mac, ipad, iphone)

For such a high total price (across all platforms), this should not be the case.

Apple refused my refund for this. Not buying anything from the App Store ever again. Lesson learned.

### 1/5 — slow

*2024-10-14, version 3.21.5*

extremely slow … it was good but not anymore

### 1/5 — Good Idea, Bad Implementation

*2024-10-06, version 3.21.3*

I really wanted to like this app but it’s too primitive for its own good. You can’t do things like organize projects into sub-groups. (If you can’t it’s not clear how to do it). Moving things in-and-out of the various timeline options is not intuitive. You can’t drag and drop. The watch app only shows things to do that day. I had a whole shopping list prepared but lost all the data. The logbook is supposed to retain a copy but for some reason it didn’t. I’m not sure why it has such high ratings because it’s a half-baked app. Could be great, but not ready for prime time.

### 1/5 — Разочаровалась

*2024-07-15, version 3.20.11*

### 1/5 — Scam

*2024-07-04, version 3.20.11*

Делают два платных приложения, одно на айпад, а второе на айфон :) просто гениальное мошенничество и жадные жлобы на разрабах. Ставлю заслуженную оценку за оверпрайс продукт

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Version 3.22.11: bug report + my fave to-do app + how to make it better

*2026-08-09, version 3.22.11*

BUG: When the iPad is dropped an “Undo Changes” dialogue box shows up. Please fix.

NOTE: this review is about the iPad-only app.

PROS:
The people who rave about how terrific it looks are right - it has a clean and simple design that works.

The plus button is a joy to use - being able to drag it to where I want to insert a task is the sort of user-friendly feature that Apple users will like.

I like how dragging the plus button to the bottom-left allows you to quickly add a task to the Inbox, so that the task doesn’t get lost in whatever checklist you happen to be on.

Lots of options: tags, reminders, repeats, due dates, deadlines… You can even add a checklist to a task that’s in a checklist. I keep it simple, but if you want it complicated, this app can handle it.

The syncing function (“Things Cloud”) is very fast - every device is synced within a few seconds.

I like the headlines feature - it’s a great way to split up a checklist into sections and make it easier to navigate.

The Dark Theme is easy on the eyes - every app should have this option.

The order of checklists syncs, so that you only have to change the order once, instead of on all devices.

The search function works fast and is available from every screen, not just the home screen.

HOW TO MAKE IT BETTER:
Allow us to hide individual sections at the top of the app: Today, Upcoming, Anytime, Someday, Logbook - I don't use them, so they just get in the way.

Add the option to have tasks, when moved to another project, appear at the top instead of the bottom.

Add spellcheck.

Add the option to sort tasks alphabetically.

Add the option to pin tasks to the top of the checklist.

If a task is created but it contains nothing, it should automatically be deleted.

Support Dynamic Type (in Settings) so that we increase the size of the text.

When moving a task, the second option is “No Project” - that should be renamed “Anytime” because that’s where it goes.

Add the option to undo actions.

In Settings-Things Cloud there is an option called “Edit Account” - but the only options are change password and delete account. Change the option to “Change Password/Delete Account” so that we don’t have to sign in to know this.

Add the option to make the search-bar always visible.

Add direct syncing with Google Calendar, for those of us who don’t use Apple’s default Calendar app.

Tags should be handled better - for example, I should be able to tap on a tag and see all tasks with the same tag.

Add the ability to share (for example, an app’s link from the App Store) to the Things app.

If you’re searching two terms, they have to be in the same order for results to show up. Make it so that the order doesn’t matter.

Add information about the “Things 3 for iPad” app, so we know why we should buy it instead of using the Things 3 iPhone app on the iPad.

CONCLUSION: I’ve used several to-do apps, and this is my favourite one - 5 stars.

### 5/5 — WELL THOUGH THOUGHT OUT & FLAWLESS.

*2026-07-25, version 3.22.10*

Things has helped me manage my life - personal and professionally since it first started over 10 yrs ago. I’ve tried other apps and nothing comes close to THINGS. I’d have serious problems w/o it. Thank you TEAM THINGS! You all are awesome in building and continually improving it!

### 5/5 — Great app! Brilliant design!

*2026-07-20, version 3.22.10*

Things 3 is a great app. It is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with a lot of great features. It is both simple to use and deep, and handles changing circumstances well. The developers have continued a strong, sustained pace in adding features that seems both disciplined and graceful. It can be adapted to be used in many ways. I am a big advocate of David Allen and GTD, but you don’t have to know anything about it to be very productive with Things. I always feel that Things is working with me to make sure everything is taken care of. It is an insanely great app. Seven stars, at least.

### 5/5 — It’s the best

*2026-06-16, version 3.22.9*

Every time I open this app I feel like rerating it 5 stars

### 5/5 — Brilliant

*2026-06-03, version 3.22.9*

As a simple personal task/project manager this app is quite excellent. No teams, no analysis just simple reminders of things that need to be done. Total integration with Outlook if required and will combine your calendar and tasks into daily To Dos. Cannot recommended it more highly.

### 5/5 — been using Things for years for GTD

*2026-05-27, version 3.22.9*

I’ve been a devotee of David Allen’s GTD method for 15 years now, and Things is the best way I have found to implement GTD. I’ve been using it since before it had cloud syncing. Simple and elegant, yet expansive for my needs.

### 5/5 — Every Productivity System in One App! But…

*2026-04-25, version 3.22.9*

I’ve fused productivity methodologies from 7 Habits, GTD and Atomic Habits into this app and it’s absolutely the most flexible and intuitive way to get things done!

Would love for it to handle attachments so I don’t have to go find them.

To-Do: “Review Q2 Results”
Attachment: q2_results.pdf

### 5/5 — Worth it!

*2026-03-09, version 3.22.8*

This app is money well spent. I use it all the time now to keep track of busy demands on my time. Super user friendly and easy to use. It is intuitive and well structured. I would recommend to anyone seeking more efficient use of time and productivity.

### 5/5 — The most useful, beautiful productivity app

*2026-03-08, version 3.22.8*

I have used productivity software for years. This is by far the most gorgeous, useful productivity app. Thoughtful features, functions, and again, it just looks so, so good.

### 5/5 — Excellent Product

*2026-02-15, version 3.22.6*

Best to-do app out there. Simple, clean, powerful. I have been using it exclusively since about 2010 and it has never let me down. Worth the price. I run it on my phone, tablet, and laptop.
