Thanks think! ### 5/5 — Overdraft protection *2025-03-26, version 3.21.0* I had expressed no overdraft protection when I opened my checking account yet about 2 months ago I was hit with a significant amount of overdraft charges when what should have happened was just not being able to buy anything with it. They made themselves look to be the hero by only overturning 1 of the 5. I know for a fact that is how I set up the account. Also they took all the money out of savings to cover a purchase when what should have happened is as soon as my checking account hit $0 no mor transactions and even declining it. I was in the middle of Wisconsin banking on the money I had in savings to buy enough gas to get home and was unable to so I was stuck sleeping in my truck for several days. So I did the paperwork again to opt out of overdraft protection. I also thought that if they were able to money out of savings to cover checking was a whole different agreement. ### 5/5 — Thank You *2025-03-07, version 3.20.0* The app works great! From the very beginning, they have help me reestablish my credit, offered solid financial advice, awesome customer service and the ease of loan application. If you are looking for a new financial institution in the Twin Cities, I would highly recommend these folks. The new update won't run on iPhone 7, so I can no longer use it. Could I shell out $ for a new phone? Yes. But this one works and I don't need to put my function phone in a landfill. Please make this app work on iPhone 7 ### 5/5 — Difficult to use deposit app. *2024-06-12, version 3.5.0* Apparently Think wants to make it difficult to deposit money from its customers. That seems unusual for an organization that is in the money business. I’ve been doing deposits over the last year using an iPad Air 2, with no problems. The Air 2 is at the highest IOS update level. Now Think wants the Air 2 to be at a higher level in order to use the deposit app. So I am required to purchase a new iPad in order to do banking at Think. That’s an interesting business model. Looks like I’m going to be searching for a new bank. ### 5/5 — Awesome bank *2024-05-24, version 3.12.0* I moved across the country and still use this bank. Awesome customer service, the app is great. The only thing missing is a virtual wallet/“pod” feature where you can make separate “accounts” or sections within an account (without having to come to a branch and create a new account) to allocate for saving for a certain item, emergency fund, car saving fund, etc. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Think Bank Has High Fees *2026-04-13, version 3.32.0* I was surprised that think bank credit union charged us over 30% due to an overdraft. Not sure it makes sense to stick with them; they only have a few branches far away from our home. ### 1/5 — Update *2025-11-05, version 3.11.4* I keep getting messages that I red to update for the new app, but when I do it just rejects me to the sign on. Not impressed. ### 1/5 — No longer works with IPhone X *2025-10-30, version 3.17.0* If you have an iPhone X like I do, the upgrade will not work and you can no longer get into the app because it does not allow you not to do the update iPhone 10 is using 16.7.12. Which is the current OS It does not use 17 ### 1/5 — Terrible bank *2025-07-04, version 3.24.0* Everytime i wanna use my bank and debit card after 9:00pm it never works, super inconvenient because I work night shift and it’s left me with so many issues, worst bank in my area and I understand why people only use them for savings accounts now. It’s very unfortunate given the time and age we live in now that a huge banking corporation can’t seem to get there stuff together.
