• New onboarding: Think First now walks you through setup step by step – you first see what the moment looks like, then pick your path and land straight in the matching guide.
• Right at the start you choose whether to begin instantly (no setup at all) or use the full countdown with your own question.
• The wait-screen building blocks now also appear when you type your intent – previously that combination hid them.
• Smaller improvements and bug fixes.

### 1.7 — 2026-08-16

• NEW: Put your intent into words – write down what you need the app for before it opens. Apple Intelligence checks right on your iPhone whether you actually answered – not whether your reason is good enough. Use it as a shortcut (a good answer opens immediately) or make it required. The text never leaves your device. Requires iPhone 15 Pro or newer with iOS 26.
• NEW: Daily limits – pick apps and how long you want to use them each day. Once the time is used up they lock automatically until midnight.
• NEW: SOS emergency unlock – press and hold the app icon, confirm three times, and all locks lift for 15 minutes.

• Focus locks now work reliably – Screen Time permission is requested when you first create one.
