Now they want me to pay again or upgrade to the pro version. Same car I initially paired whit the unit. Very disappointed. ### 1/5 — Terrible support *2025-12-12, version 2.9.1* Purchased a Bluetooth Obd2 reader a while back ABBA haven’t needed it in a while. Went to use it a couple weeks ago it wouldn’t let me connect saying I needed to purchase something but my app shows that I have one available VIN left of the three it originally said I could use. Reached out to support TWICE and no response. If you get a new phone the device won’t work, asks you to pay again. Keeps asking me to activate the device but I already activated it. Then it says it’s already been activated so pay again! I think it’s worth a few dollars here and there to perform procedures like that which (for me) is not all that often .
