Sometimes I have to restart my iphone for the app to connect remotely 

Especially last week. The app struggles to move from connection to the other. An update is a must.

Also, its not user friendly when it comes to third party apps like siri or google home. Please fix that. It’s supposed to be smart not difficult and time consuming.

L’apertura dell’app non richiede nessun tipo di autenticazione (es. codice/password)…

Dalla app è possibile aprire e chiudere le tapparele, regolare la temperatura della casa etc. In caso di smarrimento, furto o lasciando il telefono incustodito ci si potrebbe trovare con qualcun altro che controlli la casa al posto nostro. Disinstallata

In UAE Abu Dhabi, the app is stuck in connecting loop when trying to open the app outside the home using 4G. The Switch Co is unable to provide clear answer or support to us as clients. Therefore coming to a dark home because unable to turn on certain lights from outside. Need a fix, and support. 

Also for easier interface we need an option to drag and sort the items under Schedule Manager so we can group our commands how we want.

L’app fa il suo dovere e consente facilmente la creazione di scenari o eventi prestabiliti, si collega in modo veloce al server e in generale non ha grossi problemi.
A mio avviso si dovrebbe migliorare:
- Gestione degli eventi avanzata, con problema dei trigger di alba e tramonto che al momento risultano ‘invertiti’
- Implementare controlli vocali, anche in numero limitato, integrati con Siri
Per gusto personale inoltre gradirei una grafica meno basica.
