## What is ThinkPalette?

ThinkPalette brings together six training games themed around memory, focus, mental math, planning, probability, and magnitude. Choose a level and play condition, then repeat at your own pace.

Choose a game on Home, set its level and options, and begin. Self-paced games wait for your answer and advance only when you choose Next. You can pause or end a session at any time.

Key features

- Digit Span: remember a sequence of digits and enter it in order
- N-back: decide whether the current digit matches the one shown N steps earlier
- Percentage: work with base amounts, compared amounts, rates, discounts, and increases or decreases using whole-number problems, with an optional scratch calculator during answering
- Planning: remember a fictional plan, then consider sequence, priority, and changes as dates, times, and events appear
- Probability: answer exact chances as fractions or percentages, count combinations, choose the most likely outcome, compare two strategies, and classify likelihood. All five types are mixed across Levels 1–4; choose 10, 20, or Unlimited questions
- Magnitude: read and compare large numbers, multiply and divide by powers of ten, align units and reporting scales, and check estimates or place-value errors. Multiple question types are mixed across Levels 1–4; choose 10, 20, or Unlimited questions
- Choose a level and play condition before every session
- Review probability and combination examples, relationships, and the reason for each formula before starting Probability
- Review large-number notation, zero movement, unit alignment, and estimation examples before starting Magnitude
- On-device history and best scores for each play condition
- Share results with the standard iOS share sheet
- Designed to support Larger Text, sufficient contrast, and Reduced Motion

The App is free. One Google AdMob banner may appear after the high-score summary at the end of Home. Ads do not appear inside game cards, setup, play, feedback, results, history, or settings. Loading an ad or updating privacy choices may use an internet connection, but all six games remain playable offline.

No account or in-app purchase is required, and game records are not sent to a Developer-operated server. History, personal bests, and settings stay on this iPhone. There is no device-to-device sync or online ranking. See the in-app Privacy Policy for information about advertising data. Ad Privacy Options also appears when Google’s consent service requires an entry point for reviewing choices.

ThinkPalette is a game intended for recreation and training. It is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis or treatment. It does not guarantee improvements in cognitive ability.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-07-28

Added Magnitude, a new self-paced game for reading large numbers, aligning units, multiplying and dividing by powers of ten, and checking estimates. Probability combination questions now include an expanded guide and optional calculation support.

### 1.2 — 2026-07-26

Version 1.2 adds Probability, a new self-paced game mixing five question types across Levels 1–4: exact probability, combination counts, most-likely choices, strategy comparisons, and likelihood judgments.

Your existing history and personal bests are preserved while storage is upgraded for the fifth game.

Home game cards now use a clearer snapping carousel with an explicit Set Level & Options action. Larger text reflows the cards into a vertical list.

We also fixed an issue that could leave a ready Home banner at zero height. When no ad is available, no empty ad space remains.

### 1.1 — 2026-07-22

Added an optional scratch calculator to Percentage. Whole-number results can be copied into the answer field without submitting. This update also adds one ad space at the end of Home, ad privacy options, and a way to report an inappropriate ad.

### 1.0 — 2026-07-22

No release notes.
