Who could open , please help .... to much complications

このアプリだけ音が出ません。設定から変更できるのか？と思いましたが、設定にこのアプリがないので、何もできませんでした。
他のアプリやYouTubeなどのサービスは問題ないので、対応作ありましたら教えて頂きたいです。

このアプリはスクールfcの3年シンクシンクコースに加入している必要があるため、idを必要とします。(有料のゲームなのに無料なわけなかったかー。(*´-`))どうしても無料で遊びたいというひとはあまり遊ぶことはできませんがもう1つのゲームをお勧めします
