I paid for the lifetime subscription. And about a year ago, I was shut off and told I had to pay to go premium. I emailed the company twice and I got no response. I’ve been thinking about it a lot and was wishing I could add some more affirmations and went to check it one more time - And I have my access back! I’m not sure how to use it and there’s no setting to show you how to use it. As far as going back and editing it and how to switch from categories as if you put your wrong affirmation in the wrong category. The problem is that I can’t adjust the volume enough to lower the music and raise the affirmations. Often, the music drowns out my affirmations, even if I yell them into the recording. I like the features like continuous playing for falling asleep and tagging affirmations and mantras by topic. You can write your own or choose from a huge list of affirmations from many categories. I love that it uses my own voice. I sent another support message a few months later and heard crickets on that one. Mind you I am a premium customer. I pay for premium and feel ripped off that I can’t even use this feature. It seems like a simple fix - why does Think Up refuse to fix this? A reply would be very appreciated. I have since changed my email addresses. I sent a copy of the original purchase email and several follow up emails. After numerous attempts to contact through ThinkUp’s support email, I received a single response on February 5th. It was unsuccessful and I have tried multiple times to reach back for support with no response since February 5th. It is a little frustrating not to have the application working, but the lack of a response is more disappointing.
