어플에 네비들을 다 엮어놔서 업데이트하면 잘되던것도 안되고.. 연결하려는 블박만 선택적으로 설치할 수 있게 하면 좋을텐데.

Unfortunately, I’ve had two people hit my parked car this year. Each time it’s happened I needed to retrieve the dash cam footage and it was a real PITA. There is no easy way to scan through hours of footage without opening up each individual video (they are recorded at 1 min intervals when motion or impacts are detected) and watching the whole video. 

The cam offers impact alerts, but even on the most sensitive setting it didn’t flag the 2 instances of someone opening their door into my car.

Once you’ve found the videos you need, getting them off the cam onto your phone is not straightforward either. They really should run UX tests on their software.

Love being in an accident and when i go to download the video on the application, it forced me to down load an update and upgrade before letting be get to footage.

Fully hardwired in, but leave it to this app to crash as soon as the camera says “connected to smartphone”. After 10 repetitions of the same, I tore it out the wiring and plan to return on the basis that you don’t actually support my IOS. Waste of time.

Worst app ever
App is confused when attempting to connect to iPhone. Because it’s WiFi it disconnects from the local network, then takes 30 seconds to a minute to recognize the phone is not connected to the internet, all the while draining my battery in my car. The reason: it has to register to the server the first time of use. Idiotic. I just want to check the camera, not drain my battery down. Worst app ever.

Easy to install. Hard to connect to the app even with customers service help. Every time you have to start from beginning just to check your video if it’s in fact recording. So frustrating experience and I’m taking this junk back to best bye. Don’t waste your time. I’m high level tech and never seen anything like this and I feel bad for the time I spent on this.

추가로 다운로드 할때, 어플 멈추고 연결이 끊어집니다. (기존 영상 한개 삭제 후 다운로드 진행 하니 정상적으로 다운로드가 되네요;;)

So despite jumping through numerous hoops and altering loads of settings the app just crashes when trying to access footage. Had to resort to plugging sd card into laptop. I have zero faith this will ever work. And if it did, remembering all the settings I have to change and then change back would make it unusable

Have contacted support many times and they don’t even read the info properly. Product not fit for purpose

설정에서 icloud 비공개 릴레이 끄고 
다시 시도해보십쇼.
저는 그걸로 해결했습니다.
비공개 릴레이 켜져있으면 또 다시 안되더라구요.

이런 걸 앱 개발자가 먼저 찾아서 수정해줘야 하는게 맞지 않나요?
수정이 안되면 알려주기라도 하든가...
업데이트 그냥 대충 외주 맡기나 봄;

Had to replace a rear camera. Purchased a compatible one from Autobarn now the app does not allow you to view the rear camera in live view. The app seems to glitch.

Update: need to stop forcing app updates. I keep experiencing bugs when I'm forced to update the app once I'm on a stable version. 

I'm not sure what is being updated within the app beyond UI elements, but the last forced update has broken the app and I am no longer able to connect to my u3000

Great cameras and gray Ave. I have the M1 for my motorcycle and the Q 200 for my truck love them both works great for monitoring. All around great products I highly recommend.
