I love it, but as a deaf person with two cochlear implant, one thing I wished this app have is subtitle/closed caption for the podcast/recording voice of affirmations. This isn’t right. I already pay, and the subscription renews in January. Would the support email get back to me please and resolve this. ### 1/5 — Audios keep bugging please fix *2025-01-03* I have had this app for months and like the daily consistency of quotes etc. However since the beginning there have been bugs with the audio tracks (meditations, affirmations etc) that make it very annoying to use ! For instance just this morning I clicked on the “daily meditation” track on my home page; it started playing and a few seconds in just cut off mid sentence and went fully silent, with the time still going down as if it was playing. I tried moving forward on the track but same thing. I tried turning the app off and on again, same thing. So today is a day I cannot listen to the meditation in the app. Some days it works some days it doesn’t. My circumstances and environment doesn’t change (same place same wifi same device same time etc). Please fix this as it is not relaxing at all not being able to use it properly. Spend your money elsewhere rather than to have this thing firing off ignorant and triggering remarks as “affirmations” and “inspirational quotes.” I don’t need notifications saying things like “I chose to be happy, happiness is a choice” and “I deserve a love that treats me well” (??? I’m very happily married anyways but wth single people/trauma survivors don’t need this). But REALLY though- there ain’t nothing like starting my day getting a gem from Albert Einstein on what the definition of insanity is for my “inspirational quote of the day” WHICH by the way you misquoted as something from Narcotics Anonymous!!!! That is a HUGE no. Also- the daily affirmations are off very often. Today we got one for Monday on starting off the week right and its Thursday. How lazy! Had a problem with it for awhile but had excellent customer service from Hunter and now all is well. I highly recommend! ### 5/5 — An all round Amazing app! *2024-08-07* I was drawn to the guided meditation as sometimes I struggle with meditation on my own. The range of audios available is amazing there is something for everyone, I feel like the app on a whole is miles better than any other affirmation app! Being able to comment and interact with others on the quotes/question of the day sections is a great place for interacting with like minded people. When I first started using the app most of the audios would only play the first 9 seconds but after uninstalling it then reinstalling the problem was resolved.
