### 2/5 — Good gym, terrible user experience

The facilities and staff are excellent, but the app experience lets them down. I support a fair cancellation policy for popular classes, and I don’t object to receiving a strike where the rules have been applied. What I do object to is being greeted every time I open the booking screen with a large “Strike 2 has been applied to your profile” banner. It is unnecessarily punitive and completely at odds with the premium service Third Space promotes. Members don’t need to be repeatedly reminded of past penalties every time they try to book a class. Please move strike information to the Profile page or make the message dismissible. Enforce the rules, but treat members with more respect.

Can the App tell you how many are on the waitlist (showing as >[10] would be fine) before you confirm class cancellation?
Also - the timetable could be a lot more dense so more classes are fit in a screen without having to insistently scroll down.
Same with the Home Screen -  wish the My Bookings section are all layout tightly in a single place without having to click on
