There is no support. There is no delivery. Not sure why they have elks app.. they asked me to rechargej and scammed me all the money.. no place to ask for support also

Edited; After i got DM from the company, i wrote to the email id mentioned. Till date i have not received any response from them yet… its been more than a month…

She was extremely attentive, polite, and ensured that the entire experience was smooth and pleasant. Her professionalism, promptness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made our visit even more enjoyable.

I used to buy a coffee every few days from your marine lines store since a year or two. But by making it compulsory to download the app to buy anything at the store is the worst decision ever. It is the most frustrating experience to go through. And if you cant find something on the app then call your customer care where you will always find a waiting. 

The layers you have created for me to buy a simple coffee is the best way to loose loyal customers. And for what - to get my data and send me marketing messages and emails. If i ever get a message from you , be sure you’re blocked . 

And why the hell should i be compelled to give you my data to buy something

Staff is hardworking, smiling, and friendly, which made the whole experience welcoming. Also gave some really good suggestions from the menu.

Chai Tea Latte was excellent and the walnut banana tea cake was absolutely amazing.. moist, flavorful and a perfect pairing with the drink.

Overall, a great experience at Third Wave Coffee. Would definitely visit again!

The coffee is great but the app doesn’t work. I keep getting stuck in the menu page when I’m trying to order their breakfast menu and it takes almost 6-7 mins for the app to open the menu.

I had a great experience at Third Wave Coffee. Gauri was extremely polite, attentive, and professional. She made sure our order was handled smoothly and checked that everything was perfect. Her friendly attitude and quick service really made the visit enjoyable. Staff members like Gauri truly enhance the overall café experience. Keep up the great work!

Keeps loading after entering otp, why asking for email when you already have my phone, why can’t I have an option to add simple sugar syrup in iced latte. Even regular sugar option not there. Only liquid sugar option makes sense for iced latte as regular sugar doesn’t dissolve in ice. It took me 10 minutes to find and figure out the iced latte option, by then I reached the location and had to order locally. Thought the latte will be ready by the time I reach the store, forget it, couldn’t even place the order 😃😃

Great Ambiance(Mahavir Nagar), a lot more options of food and coffee than Starbucks and it costs almost half that of Starbucks. The staff is very sweet, respectful, polite and welcoming especially Ms. Shivani and Ms. Muskan, they serve me with perfection and I feel comfortable and can enjoy myself.
So Overall a great experience

For some reason the app doesn’t have basic logic to select a store that you previously ordered from rather it would select a store an hour away. Also their customer support is pretty much unless.
