You can easily get your motorcycle serviced at your doorstep, at your office or at your home. You don’t have to spend long hours finding reliable mechanics anymore or you don’t have to waste your holidays on servicing your bike. We then pick up your Blue Book from your home or office gets it renewed and delivers back to your home or office along with bill receipt. The customer service agent plans to take my blue book on holiday and return it on next two days without prior confirmation with me. Sorry this ain’t working. Be responsible with what you are doing and inform the customers beforehand. And listen to your customers before cutting off the phone and most importantly value everyone’s time.
