## What is This Is My Story?

TIMS is an application that records answers to four questions that enable medical teams to obtain a brief snapshot of their patient as a person. The app renders that audio recording into a format that can be placed in the medical record where it is accessible by all providers.

Pending Recording screen to retry or delete failed uploads.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-05-07

Added Pending Recordings component in which audio files that were not uploaded are able to be recovered for up to 24 hours after creation. This is intended to make file retrieval possible while maintaining PHI security.

Added patient wristband CSN scanning for easier patient onboarding.

Removed camera scanner until later update.
