## What is This Is Not A Programme?

AT IoM we've been instigating change in the health & fitness industry for almost 15 years. We've worked with Nike, Equinox, 24 HR Fitness, Microsoft Health, and more to create a new vision for health worldwide.

Our mission is to help people improve their health so they can do whatever it is they love most. We get fired up about helping others enjoy the benefits of healthy choices, because we know health is what makes everything possible.

We're excited about [THIS IS NOT A PROGRAMME.] because it's not like anything else out there. Between the coaches, the evidence-based habits, and the group format, we know we can help you access the things you really want in your life.
