It's a great way for me to ease myself into art mode, and it helps me de-stress AND get my creative juices flowing again if I'm taking a break from a long recording session or a tedious writing assignment. It's fun and stimulating enough that it's not boring - but it's not so overly involved & complicated that you don't want to engage with it when your mind is already active. And the option is there to take it a bit deeper and use it as a tool for self self-reflection. Definitely recommended for artists of any kind.
