I have to put cash into the account, or use Egyptian issued credit cards or bank accounts. I cant use my US ones. It is frustrating. **Developer response:** We understand how frustrating that can be. Keep on mind I invested in Gold which according to the app is going up but when I check my account it seems that magically Im down. I traded using this one for Egypt and Trading212 in UK and definitely can see the difference and can see the lack of transparency in trading where they focus on their commissions rather than actually supporting retail traders. Good thing my investment wasn’t huge and I was cautious when I started to test this app based on a friend’s recommendation. I excited a sell order at a price certain prince and THE APP TOLD ME THAT I'M SELLING AT THIS PARTICULAR PRICE ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THE ACTUAL PRICE IS MUCH LESS ON ORDER DETAOLS AFTER IT WAS ALREADY EXECUTED!! Alos the EG banks take too much fees from you if you are transferring USD from the app to your bank out side of Egypt. And now I just found out that after you sell, the money has to say with them for a few days before you can withdraw it. It has been three days since I have sent them through chat with no response. I have subscribed to their fast chat which has an SLA for 5 mins to get a response but again no one replied to me. This is a complete spam to let u subscribe for a service that u don’t actually get. I hope you will care about customer service as much as you care about advertising, because unfortunately the support and assistance experience is very bad, and no one replies to you. I’ve been trying to open an account but it keeps getting rejected, and the app requires a bank statement document that I’m unable to upload. I’ve been contacting customer support for five days with no response — neither through chat nor email. Even after explaining the issue clearly, the only reply I received after five days was that they are experiencing high volume. That’s not a solution. Please fix my issue or guide me on what to do.
