Auch wenn man hofft, dass man es nie braucht, gibt es dem Besitzer Seelenfrieden! :) Die App als solche tut was man von ihr erwartet, auch wenn in der App ab & zu mal etwas auf holländisch auftaucht! :) feature request to the developers: It would be nice, if the „finders landing page/contact page“ would support different languages. Welchen Sinn soll das haben. Beim Aufruf von „Einstellungen „ stürzt die App ab. Ein Kommentar der Entwickler wäre wünschenswert. ### 1/5 — Einfach nur schlecht *2019-01-07, version 1.3* Die Idee ist wirklich klasse, aber die App dazu ist voller Fehler und bugs! Um nur ein Paar aufzuzählen: - nur Holländisch, keine Einstellungen der Sprache möglich - neues Reiseziel wenn nicht bekannt (im system), dann ist das speichern/ausfüllen nicht möglich - Reisen können nicht editiert werden - löschen von reisen ohne erneute Bestätigung Ich werde wohl daher auch meine 3 bestellten Tags zurückschicken! One for my older luggage tags and the Pro Version for my newer key ring tags? I recently had an issue with my account (my problem I think and not Thnx) and could no longer access the tags. I contacted Thnx and in a very short time I had a phone call from Holland and the problem was sorted immediately. That’s what I call good, -no excellent customer service. My tags are now all working again and I shall be buying more for my family. They are an excellent product when travelling and I highly recommend them. ### 5/5 — One Tag to Rule Them All !!! *2022-10-06, version 2.0.17* These tags are a brilliant idea!! I ‘bought’ my 1st tags back in 2015 and have found these indispensable. No need to continuously write new tags for each trip/journey, just amend my trip details in the app and whoever scans any of my tags will always get my latest contact details. I leave a spare registered tag at home so my family just has to scan it to see where I am / what hotel I am at. No need to forward hotel details all the time! In fact they are so good that I have given some of these away over the years to my friends and family!!! Excellent customer services as well, Niels is very responsive and quickly resolved the few issues that I have encountered. Sehr robust easy und einfach einzurichten Selbstbestimmung Angaben für meinen Datenschutz diese sind frei wählbar … Und super guter Kundenservice sogar per whats app / Kostenlos und das SOGAR am SAMSTAG danke NILS 💝👍🏼 ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Original User *2022-06-30* Purchased the original Tagonce several years ago, impressed and have them on a total of 6 pieces of luggage. COVID resulted in no travel, just started again and the Tagonce is morphed into THNX, downloaded the new app and with quick help from customer support retrieved the original profile log on, so now all original tags are in operation again. super easy to set up a profile and to update each and every journey.
